Residents on St David’s Road North are up in arms as they allege that Lancashire County Council gave the go ahead to a company to put new telegraph poles up for ‘6G’ without consulting residents first.
And an angry resident adds, ‘It looks like they are planning to erect down Highbury too as they have already started. Absolutely hideous !!!!!!’ How many more are they planning? It’s going to look like Blackpool illuminations with wires hanging all down the roads.’
A Statutory Notice dated 3rd July, 2024 has been placed on the poles (see below).
